Shipping costs

We charge a fixed shipping rate. Whether you order 10 or 2 samples, the shipping cost within the Netherlands is always €4.95

Damage or incorrect materials delivered

Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Was your material delivered damaged or did you receive the wrong materials?

Send an email to samples@pyrasied.com, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage. We will contact you as soon as possible to assist you further.
